We are Alan & Susan, proud parents of two amazing little boys, happily settled in the Pacific Northwest. We enjoy sharing our lives with family, friends and kind strangers via the internet.  Susan is the primary photographer and author of the site.  She is a stay-at-home-mom and enjoys cooking, gardening, jogging, yoga and espresso.  When Alan is not working or attending school, he loves riding his bike, baseball, computers and NASCAR.
